The Violette Underground is an intimate one-woman show, a collaboration between cocktail bar, performer and audience, creating a one-of-a-kind immersive experience for all five senses. Vignettes and performances are intermingled with a custom cocktail menu, as Violette collaborates with each cocktail bar’s team to create a unique tantalizing experience for both your eyes and taste buds.

This show is created and performed by internationally-acclaimed, award-winning Canadian burlesque performer Violette Coquette. The queen of Golden Age glamour, grace and glitz, Violette has captivated crowds across the globe, including New York, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Zurich, London, Paris, and Berlin. In 2024, she won three awards at the most prestigious burlesque competition in the world, the Burlesque Hall of Fame’s Tournament of Tease in Las Vegas, including the titles of “Most Dazzling” and “Most Classic”. The winner/2023 titleholder of “Burlesque Monarch of Canada” (Imperial Burlesque Canada), Violette has been described by audience members as “perfect”, offering “stunning” performances full of “incredible musicality and presence”, and she has been invited to perform on some of the most prestigious burlesque stages in the world.
